Thank you for our largest annual fund ever!
Last summer, PCA&D was awarded a matching grant from the Lancaster County Community Foundation. As part of a competitive process, we demonstrated the long-term sustainability of our organization, as well as our plans to enhance our annual fund to ensure our long-term fundraising goals. It was an exciting opportunity for us to focus on our goal of growing our annual fund.
As we crossed the end of the grant period, we find that our donors have given us our largest annual fund ever! Gifts to the fund have a direct impact on the College and our local students by helping:
• Provide updated facilities and educational equipment
• Support free arts and cultural events for the community
• Offer additional need-based scholarships for students, many of whom are the first in their families to attend college.
• Provide tuition discounts for teachers taking classes for Act 48 credit (The Act requires teachers to earn six college credits every five years in order to maintain their certification.)
• Invest in our staff – dedicated team members who routinely go “above and beyond” to provide life-changing and life-enhancing educational experiences for our students
This opportunity also occurred just as we’re preparing to celebrate our 30th year! Thank you to all of our donors who have contributed to this milestone.

Futures First Scholarship Fund
Picture yourself making a difference in a young artists’ life!
Most of our students qualify for financial aid and almost half still have unmet financial need, over and above their family’s resources. Futures First scholarships are designed to improve the financial aid opportunities of the young artists and designers who study here. To meet the need, PCA&D is asking businesses and friends of the College to consider gifts through the Corporate Scholarship or the Endowed Scholarship programs.
Corporate Scholarships:
Businesses are invited to establish a Scholarship with a pledge of $1,000 per year for five years (or the equivalent). Upon receipt, a $1,000 scholarship, in the business’s name, will be directed toward a deserving student's tuition.
Endowed Scholarships:
Endowed gifts to the College provide a lasting legacy for a donor and a source of scholarship funds in perpetuity.

Thank you for providing scholarship opportunities for art and design students at PCA&D.
