Mary Colleen Heil, president of Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, is pleased to announce that Marc Torick has joined the administration of PCA&D as its academic dean.
In his role as academic dean, Torick will provide leadership for curriculum planning, development and assessment; oversee faculty; and oversee budget administration. He is also a member of the college's senior management team.
Torick previously served as assistant director of continuing education at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in Providence, RI. He also served as a faculty member at RISD and the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
He earned his Master of Fine Art at New York Academy of Art, New York, and a Bachelor of Fine Art at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia. A native of New Jersey, Torick resides in Lancaster.
