The new James Bond film, "Skyfall," was released in the U.S. on November 9.
Tom Bejgrowicz, a faculty member at PCA&D, created package designs and layouts for theme song collections as part of the 50th year celebration of the Bond series.
Tom designed packaging for a single CD collection entitled "Best of Bond… James Bond: 50 Years – 50 Tracks," which features 23 theme songs from Bond's entire film history.
In addition, he designed packaging for an expanded two-CD version, also entitled "Best of Bond… James Bond: 50 Years – 50 Tracks," that features the theme songs and includes a 27-track disc of musical scores, rare tracks, and deeper cuts from the movies' soundtracks.

Tom, shown in the gift shop of the Metropolitan Museum of Art this past October, holds one of the CDs he designed for the James Bond 50th anniversary.
Tom can't help but write that "...it's very cool to have my name inside an official, studio-approved piece of James Bond lore." We agree.
You can also see package design work he recently did for the Beatles reissue. Click here to see these designs.
You can see other work by Tom and by many other PCA&D faculty members at the "Faculty Biennial," which opened on December 7. The exhibit continues through January 11, 2013 Visit our gallery page for more details.
It's also worth noting that the artists will donate 50 percent of sales of their work from the "Faculty Biennial" to the "PCA&D Student Scholarship Fund."
