"The Black Belt of Alabama: A Photographic Essay"
The "Black Belt of Alabama," is a cultural experience, adventure, photographic exploration and design challenge, all in one.
On November 18 from 1 - 2 p.m., Bejgrowicz and Martin will share their photographic essay, discuss fundraising and planning for the project, and share anecdotes about their experiences and the design process for the published book.

24-Hour Comics Day -- the 2013 edition
Prior to the kick-off of the 24-Hour Comics Day on October 5, PCA&D hosted Mike Manley as guest artist and speaker. A panel discussion about the comics industry and the 24-hour Comics Day event followed; speakers included Manley and PCA&D faculty members and industry artists Bob McLeod, Mike Hawthorne, and Bob Hochgertel (panel moderator).
