Follow PCA&D

Pennsylvania College of Art & Design offers students a unique opportunity – a learning environment and support system through a small community of professional artists focusing on real world experience. Our students are challenged by the faculty and each other. They thrive in this culture, work hard, and have fun! An added bonus is that Lancaster is a great place to live!

Lancaster combines the advantages of a city with the comfort and safety of a small town – a great environment for young adults. With a number of galleries, museums, clubs, unique shops, cafes and restaurants, students find that the city is a great place to live and learn. The college's Housing Referral Service helps our BFA students with their off-campus housing needs. Our students take part in a number of professional organizations, student council programs as well as city-wide activities to round out their social experiences.

Life at PCA&D

The new school year is here.  From September 1 - 3, new and returning students will return to PCA&D for orientation.  And as part of the fun, PCA&D will host an ice cream social for incoming freshmen on Thursday, September 2 at 4 p.m.  It's a great way for freshmen to get to know each other as they begin their studies at PCA&D.
