In addition, it is also home to Franklin & Marshall College, Millersville University, and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, making this historic city a "college town" in its own rite.

Student Council
Students are encouraged to participate in Pennsylvania College of Art & Design's Student Council. This group acts as representatives for the student body and serves students through the organization of various activities.
