for kids – a unique and exciting creative experience.
Pennsylvania College of Art & Design’s Youth Art Classes in Lancaster,
PA explore drawing, painting, sculpture, and art history. All Youth Program
instructors teaching grades 1 – 9 are working artists who are also K-12
certified by the state of Pennsylvania. The youth program instructors
vary assignments each semester so there’s always something new to learn.
Through this program, students gain self esteem and confidence that follow
them from the studio into all phases of their educational and personal
lives.

Monday - Friday, July 21 - 25*, 9 am - 3 pm, $300
PCA&D and the Pottery/Bead Works team up again this summer to offer a full day of creative activities for youth.
9 am Youth Studio Session at PCA&D (Y1, Y2 or Y3)

Prince Street Art & Theater Workshop, AT1
Monday - Friday, June 16 - 27, 9 am - 3 pm, $400 Lancaster's historic Fulton Opera House and PCA&D are once again joining forces to offer a hands-on cutural experience. The Prince Street Art & Theater Workshop combines the best that each organization has to offer.
9 am - Visual Art at PCA&D
11:30 am - Lunch break at PCA&D
12 noon - Performing Art at the Fulton
3 pm - Parents pick up students at the Fulton Opera House
Art Studios at the JCC, Grades 1 - 6, AS1
Monday - Friday, June 16 - 27, 9 am - 12 pm, $250
PCA&D Youth Studio Art courses held at the Jewish Community Center, 2120 Oregon Pike, Lancaster. This mixed media course for grades 1 - 6 will explore painting, drawing and sculpture. For an all day option contact the JCC at 717-569-7352.

form. Print it out, fill it in, sign it and mail with check,
money order (made payable to Pennsylvania College of Art & Design), or

Walk-In Come to Pennsylvania College of Art & Design and
drop off your completed registration form. We will be happy to answer
your questions in person. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30

All registrations and payments must be received no later than the first
day of class. Enrollment is limited in many courses and registrations
are accepted on a first-come basis. If you want to enroll in a class during
the week just prior to its start date, please call us first to be sure
we are still able to accept your registration.
Registering for any course at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design creates
a short-term contract between the student and the college. Please read
all registration information carefully, particularly the section on course
costs and refunds. Completing a registration and paying for a course implies
your understanding of and a willingness to comply with the college's schedule
of costs and terms for course cancellations, student withdrawals, and
refunds. Please do not hesitate to call the college at 717-396-7833 if
you have any questions or need a breakdown of the fees included in the
course cost.
Course Cancellations/Instructor
Substitutions
Each course or workshop carries a minimum enrollment requirement. Pennsylvania
College of Art & Design reserves the right to cancel any course or workshop
for insufficient enrollment and to substitute instructors when necessary.
If we must cancel a course or workshop, all registered students will receive
notice by letter or telephone at least one week prior to the start date
of the course. All payments, including all fees, will be fully refunded.
Refunds
for Youth Programs
All refund requests must be made in writing. Only tuition is refundable.
All fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be made within 30 business days
of receipt of a written request. The refund amount is based on the postmarked
date of written withdrawal from the course.
Prior to the start of the Youth courses: 100% refund of paid tuition
(not applicable fees). Request must be received in writing three business
days prior to the start of the course.
No refunds after the first class meeting.
Other Notes:
All students will receive a letter confirming a completed registration.
Please take note of all information in your confirmation letter.
Parental/guardian approval by signature is required for all students under
18 years of age.
In addition to these courses, Pennsylvania College of Art & Design offers
a Bachelor of Fine Arts
(BFA) degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, and Photography
and Certificate Programs in Home Interiors, Mural Painting, Print Design and Web Design.
