Discover what it's like to experience a real art college
Pennsylvania College of Art & Design offers pre-college classes for high school students looking for additional studio experiences. These classes encourage the artistic focus, thinking and work habits expected of college-level art majors. They are an ideal way for students to develop a portfolio or add work to an existing one. This summer high school students will have the opportunity to earn college credit while taking PCA&D's pre-college classes. Check out the new Studio Foundations course listed below.
While courses vary from session to session, some offerings include Portfolio Preparation, Animation, Studio Drawing, Photography, Figure Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, and Mixed Media.
